Please note our
booking/ cancellation and smoking policy: A one night deposit for all
nightly reservations is
required upon booking. A 50% deposit is required for all weekly
reservations upon booking. All cancellations must
be in writing, mail, e-mail or fax and be received prior to the notice period.
In order to receive a refund, cancellations during the months of June
through September require 7 days notice. Cancellations during other months
require 72 hours notice. Cancellations of weekly or group reservations
require 30 days notice. With the specified notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. No refunds
for early departures. Smoking & Pets: please note The Tidal
Watch Inn is a
non-smoking facility. We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
